DANCE
1. Dancing is like dreaming with your feet.
2. Dancing is the only art of which we ourselves are stuff of which it is made.
3. The shortcut to happiness, is to dance.
4. To dance is to be yourself. Larger, more beautifull and more powerfull.
5. Dancers are like instruments- like the piano the choreographer plays.
6. Dancing with the feet is one aspect while dancing with heart is the other one.
7. Dance till the stars come down from the rafters. Dance....Dance....Dance...till you drop.
8. Dance can reveal all the mystery that music conceals.
9. Dancing is the poetry of the feet.
10. Dance is the hidden language of the soul.
MUSIC:
1. A painter paints pictures on canvas. But musicians paint their pictures on silence.
2. Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.
3. If the King loves music, it is well with the land.
4. Without music life would be a mistake.
5. Take a music bath once or twice a week for a few seasons. You will find it is to the soul what a water bath is to the body.
6. If a composer could say what he had to say in words he would not bother trying to say it in music.
7. He who sings scares away his woes.
8. Music was my refuge. I could crawl into the space between the notes and curl my back to loneliness.
9. Were it not for music, we might in these days say, the Beautiful is dead.

YOGA:
1. When this body has been so magnificently and artistically created by God, it is only fitting that we should maintain it in good health and harmony by the most excellent and artistic science of Yoga.
2. Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.
3. The yoga mat is a good place to turn when talk therapy and antidepressants aren’t enough.
4. The yogi will make you feel and look as young as your spine is elastic.
5. You cannot do yoga. Yoga is your natural state. What you can do are yoga exercises, which may reveal to you where you are resisting your natural state.
6. Yoga is possible for anybody who really wants it. Yoga is universal.... But don’t approach yoga with a business mind looking for worldly gain.
7. By embracing your mother wound as your yoga, you transform what has been a hindrance in your life into a teacher of the heart.

9. A photographer gets people to pose for him. A yoga instructor gets people to pose for themselves.
10. Do yoga so that you can stay flexible enough to kick your own arse if necessary.
AEROBICS:
1. Exercise should be regarded as tribute to the heart.
2. Those who think they have not time for bodily exercise will sooner or later have to find time for illness.
3. Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.
4. Physical fitness can neither be achieved by wishful thinking nor outright purchase.
5. Fitness - if it came in a bottle, everybody would have a great body.
6. There are really only two requirements when it comes to exercise. One is that you do it. The other is that you continue to do it. 
7. There is a necessity for a regulating discipline of exercise that, whilst evoking the human energies, will not suffer them to be wasted. ~Thomas de Quincey
8. Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states.
9. A man's health can be judged by which he takes two at a time - pills or stairs.
10. A bear, however hard he tries, grows tubby without exercise
